Mombasa based real estate tycoon, Mwenda Thuranira, has been nominated for manager of the year by the prestigious International Oxford Summit of Leaders in the United Kingdom.

Thuranira who is the CEO of My Space Properties, received international recognition after getting nominated for Manager of The Year and Best Regional Enterprise for Professional achievements in commercial activities, concurrently by the Oxford Summit of Leaders.

MySpace properties is an online listing platform for coastal properties but plans are underway to expand to Nairobi. According to The Exchange, MySpace has played a key role in influencing direct financial investments in various high-end properties, including the prestigious English Point Marina in Mombasa.

The international award has previously been held by Colm Mcloughlin, Executive Vice-Chairman of Duty free-Dubai and Shree Darley, CEO of Darley Interior from South Africa.

The real estate entrepreneur has recently partnered with one of the biggest real estate firms in the world in a deal whose details remain undisclosed.

Following the accolades, Mwendwa Thuranira will be delivering a keynote presentation on “One step ahead business. The necessity to move with Time”, at the 2018 Oxford Summit of Leaders which is an annual event overseen by the European Business Assembly

The event will be held on the December 18th– 19th, at the Oxford Town hall in the United Kingdom.
