Regus, the leading global workspace provider, recently announced officially opening two new business centres to cater for the growing demand for flexible office spaces in Kenya’s capital.
Regus has opened a business centre at the Fortis Tower in the Westlands node of Nairobi with lettable space of 786 square metres while the other centre is located in Victoria Court, along State House road with 550 square metres in lettable space.
The two new business centres will cater for the growing demand for flexible office spaces from companies that are looking to strike a balance between optimizing costs while offering employees convenient work places.
“Nairobi is a global hotspot for entrepreneurship as well as business tourism. Consultancies and start-ups in these spheres are in turn looking for office solutions that will avoid long, fixed leases and other occupancy costs such as hiring a receptionist or buying furniture which can be a strain on budgets.
Flexible office spaces are able to offer tenants high quality spaces with all necessary facilities as and when needed by these users, letting enterprises utilize financial resources on their core business,” said Joanne Bushell, Country Manager for Regus.
Regus’ flexible office space offer fast internet connectivity, a kitchen area, food and beverages, reception and administration services, clean restrooms and 24-hour support from the Regus global operations centres, all of which make for a comfortable work environment.
The two new offices now give Regus a total presence of nine locations in Kenya and 19 in East Africa with future plans to open additional centres.
Regus operates over 3000 business centres, spanning across almost 900 cities across 120 countries, with customers including some of the most successful entrepreneurs, individuals and multinational corporations.
