Knight Frank will release the Africa Report 2017 on April 5, 2017 during the East Africa Property Investment (EAPI) Summit at Radisson Blu, Upper Hill.
The Africa Report is a biennial review of real estate markets across the continent that analyses 35 cities in 30 countries. The commentaries for each city/country come with guides to prime rents and yields in the high-end office, retail, industrial and residential property segments over the last two years.
