Mavoko is a predominantly residential mixed-use area. Some estates in the area include Sunset boulevard, Great Wall Gardens Phases 1,2 & 3, in addition to a myriad of commercial premises.
Located 27.8 KM from the City Centre, the proposed project can be accessed through Mombasa road.
Another developer, Aberdare book Marchants limited is planning to put up a block of flats comprising 165 units of two-bedroom apartments in Nairobi’s Pangani area.
The project will be located on a piece of land measuring about 0.5 acres along Agoi road.
According to data from the ministry of lands, there has been a reduction in the number of property transactions in 2020 as most investors and developers adopted a wait and see approach.
Most ongoing projects and new projects were initiated pre-Covid 19. As the virus situation eases in the country, more building activity may be expected.
