A firm, 202 Properties Limited are working on a project to put up a luxurious residential building in Parklands.
The project which is located in the Highridge area is designed to support luxury residences and spaces, integrated between large community shopping in the Highridge downtown looking out over the Nairobi metropolis.
Highridge Estate which is sandwiched between Parklands, Muthaiga and Spring Valley, has a lot to share with its neighbours with regards to property prices and rent with rental rates ranging anywhere between $900 and $1,700 for a three-bedroom apartment.
The promoters have described the building as an elegant and timeless tower in the Highridge skyline. Designs of the building contain well furnished finishings including a gym, an extensive rooftop pool, and a bar. Apparently, the interiors will be furnished with bespoke art and furniture
‘The singularity of this dwelling derives from the identity of its shape, the clarity of its structure and the depth of its urban perception: transparent, translucent, opaque, reflective and luminous,’ said the designers.
The Highridge location has greatly benefited from its proximity to some of the most expensive addresses in the city in addition to the adjacent Sigiria Forest which is part of the larger Karura forest.
The project was conceptualized and designed by Coogan Woods LLP. THe building is named 202.
