Britam Tower continues hitting new heights after successfully making the shortlist of this year’s Annual Building Awards 2018 under the category “International Project of the Year”.
The Building Awards are the industry’s longest running and most prestigious recognition of excellence, that allow companies across the globe to have their achievements held up as an example to the property sector. The awards require that the project must be located outside the UK, and at least one UK-headquartered firm must have been involved in its delivery.
This comes after the recent completion of the 31-storey building which has already seen new occupants such as Auto Express, Regus International, Attibassi Coffee house among others.
