An American investor plans to put up 300 housing units in Kiambu County. Karl Gibbons through his firm, Third Eye Management and Associates (TEMA), has partnered with Sprinter Real Estate investment limited to construct the housing units which will be two- and three-bedroom units in Ndenderu dubbed Fanisi Tigoni View.

Sprinter Real Estate investments CEO Richard Mbugua said the Fanisi Tigoni View mixed use development will sit on 8 acres prime land next to the Western Bypass interchange. The firm plans to build over 700 units this year targeting the middle income with a price range of between KSh. 5 million and Sh. 7 million. The units are currently selling at a special offer of Selling at a special offer of KSh. 5.2M and KSh. 5.9M for the 2- & 3-bedroom apartments respectively.

According to Sprinter real estate, the development will include cabro driveways, ample parking, gym, swimming pool, convenience stores and 24-hour CCTV surveillance in the intercom system.

The US based firm, has over 5000 associates in 22 countries. The firm provides management and advisory services to business in various fields. TEMA is headquartered in Naples, Florida while Sprinter Real Estate Investment Limited is a Kenyan real estate company.

The development is located approximately 25 km from Nairobi’s CBD, 40 minutes drive to JKIA, and about 8 minutes to Two-Rivers Mall.
